In addition to your hourly base pay, you'll also earn tips by showcasing your excellent hospitality skills!
DESCRIPTION (Kitchen Team Member)
Join Papi Queso as a BOH Team Member! Assemble food orders quickly and accurately, support the kitchen team, and ensure that each guest leaves satisfied with a smile. No prior experience is required - we'll provide all the necessary training. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to join our team and gain valuable life experience while serving great food in a friendly environment.

Average Rate: $17.00 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2+ years of similar experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods,
  • ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Food safety knowledge
  • Cleaning and sanitizing
  • Closing the kitchen
  • Writing prep lists
  • Menu development
