Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Client Support Associate to join our remote client services team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our diverse global clientele, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and helping maintain strong business relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to clients through various communication channels, primarily chat and email.

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Monitor client requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Assist with account updates, service information, and general administrative tasks.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Educate clients on products, services, and available resources.

  • Identify recurring issues or service trends and report them to management.

  • Support ongoing initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, client support, or call center role (financial services or consulting experience is a plus).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office setup.

Preferred

  • Experience in a consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.

  • Understanding of data privacy and the importance of handling sensitive information.
