Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Director to join our healthcare team at Pampa Nursing in Pampa, Texas, United States. As a key leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care activities

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

  • Manage and delegate tasks to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • Monitor patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality care

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and the community

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provides feedback to nursing staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in nursing leadership or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
