Shift Details- Day Shift: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm
- Night Shift 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
Responsibilities- Receives finished plastic sheeting out of extruder, creates neatly stacked pallets, marks sheet counts
- Completes replacement of rolls of tape, protective covering, barcodes, and other materials
- Completes Light Transmission and Product Control tests, makes necessary corrections
- Performs length/width and pallet changes
- Performs silo setup and operation of raw materials
- With assistance, performs color changes; basic machine maintenance and cleaning; start up and shut down procedures; and thickness changes
- Conducts yellow tagging procedure and documentation
- Other duties and activities as directed
Qualifications or Requirements- Ability to accurately read metric tape measure
- Perform basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly, stand, walk, bend, twist, and/or reach for duration of shift
- Possess strong time management skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Forklift operation experience a plus!
