Job description

The Laboratory Technician role allows you to contribute to real-world solutions, such as improving crop yields, enhancing sustainability, and addressing challenges such as climate change and pest resistance. Work Model:

  • On-Site

What You Will Do:

  • Collect, organize and accurately record experimental data and findings
  • Conduct germination testing by sorting and planting seed samples and evaluating seedlings for vigor and viability
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to unexpected or inaccurate results
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to short-term projects
  • Set up, configure and operate small-scale production equipment and control systems
  • Transfer and maintain testing materials within controlled growth environments

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology or a related scientific field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with lab managers
  • Strong attention to detail
