About the Position

PalmWave Pools is seeking hardworking and dependable crew members to assist with swimming pool construction, remodeling, renovation, and demolition projects throughout Broward County. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn a skilled trade and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with swimming pool construction and renovation projects
• Perform demolition of existing pools, decks, tile, coping, and related structures
• Assist with excavation, plumbing, steel, equipment installation, and concrete work
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Travel to job sites throughout Broward County

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Construction, pool, plumbing, masonry, or demolition experience is a plus but not required

Compensation
