Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from various conditions, including injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses within an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals through various interventions such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Document patient treatments, responses to therapy, and progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Regularly reassess patients to modify treatment strategies and ensure maximum functionality is achieved.
• Recommend and assist in fitting patients for assistive devices, promoting independence in self-care and mobility.
• Provide education and training for patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals on appropriate therapy procedures and the use of assistive equipment.
• Maintain professional development by actively engaging in workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Palm Physical Therapy, you will work with a wide range of patients, from children to seniors, focusing on various conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
