Where you’ll work
  • Location: Onsite in New Port Richey, FL
  • Department: Pall Aerospace Housing
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM; flexible scheduling based on business needs with routine overtime
A day in the life

You’ll assemble and test precision hydraulic valves and related assemblies that protect critical aerospace systems. You’ll move from blueprint to build, then to verification on a test stand—closing the loop on quality before every unit ships.

  • Interpret blueprints and job sheets to perform assembly and testing on valves and assemblies.
  • Follow written technical instructions and drawings; maintain high productivity while producing quality parts.
  • Conduct proof tests by placing valves in block and re-testing to validate performance.
  • Set up test stands and test valves/assemblies to meet job sheet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues during assembly and test; resolve problems quickly and accurately.
  • Work safely with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.
  • Manage, maintain, and inventory company hand tools and tooling.
  • Support additional related tasks and other duties as assigned.
What you bring
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of three (3) years of related manufacturing machine maintenance experience.
  • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Lotus Notes or Outlook, and the ability to research maintenance solutions online.
  • Physical capability to sustain continuous mental/visual attention; lift at least 35 lbs daily; stand for 8+ hours; frequently twist and bend; work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals; and work at heights on machinery/work platforms.
Bonus points
  • Trade school degree in electronics or previous electrical repair and wiring experience.
