Job description

Responsible for all aspects of dealing with assigned games and assisting the Table Games Service Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greet and recruit new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest. 3+ Years experience-Games needed Roulette, European Roulette. Craps/Dice, Tiles, Pai Gow Poker, (You Must Know (3) of the games listed) !!!!

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance. Age requirements: 21 years of age 
    3 years multiple games dealing experience required in (Current specific game requirements, i.e., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow 
  • Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills 
  • Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift 
  • Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team  
  • Cards Needed: Gaming License 
  • Must be able to sit and standfor extended periods of time 
  • Must be able to respond calmly and manage many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues 
  • Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures as well as perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately 
  • Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money 
  • Must be able to accurately balance chip banks at the beginning and end of shift. 
  • Must have excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games 
  • Must be able to read, verify, and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds 
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively 
  • Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment 
  • Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
     
  • Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area  
  • Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets
  • Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures 
  • Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary 
  • Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests 
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
