THE PAINTING PROS

A commercial painting company is looking for an experienced painting estimator. Only experienced painting estimators will be considered. This position is a full time position.

A qualified individual should:

Be able to provide complete pricing for project based on photos and plans provided

* Perform complete Takeoff in industry standard software packages (i.e. PlanSwift)

* Assist in any requested pricing updates based on plan changes

* Demonstrate history of expertise in paint estimation, coating and finishes (paint, wallcovering, wall panels, ...) surveying

* Full delivery of proposals and completion of the sales cycle

Requirements

* Be able to provide samples of takeoff completed in commercial painting field

* Experience in commercial painting estimation

* Proficiency of computer skills

* Strong communication skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Excellent people skills

* Reliable and able to work independently
