Our Paid Apprentice Program

No experience? No problem.

Our Paint Pros Apprentice Program is designed to take motivated individuals from beginner to professional painter through hands-on training.

Here’s what makes it different:

• Paid training from experienced painters.
• Learn residential, commercial, and specialty coatings.
• Customer communication and leadership training.
• Clear advancement path based on skill—not just time.
• Guaranteed opportunity to earn $25+/hour within two years for apprentices who successfully complete the program and meet our performance standards. Many motivated team members reach this level even sooner.

• Have a valid driver’s license (preferred) & reliable transportation to job sites.
• Can lift ladders, climb, and work outdoors. Also must be able to lift 5 gallon buckets of paint.
