    Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | $60,000-$80,000/year + Up to 30% Quarterly Bonus | Full-Time | Hybrid (90% Remote / 10% On-Site)

    About Spinal Recovery Center
    Spinal Recovery Center provides advanced, non-surgical spinal and joint care designed to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life. Our team combines innovative treatment approaches with compassionate, patient-centered care.
    What You'll Do As a Healthcare Business Development Associate
    You'll help grow patient referrals and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners through outreach, networking, and marketing support.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, providers, and community partners
    • Identify and pursue new referral opportunities within assigned markets
    • Represent Spinal Recovery Center at networking events and community functions
    • Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and promotional activities
    • Coordinate event participation and maintain outreach calendars
    • Gather and communicate feedback from referral partners and community contacts
    • Provide regular updates on outreach activities, goals, and results
    • Collaborate with leadership and team members to support growth initiatives
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare business development, community outreach, customer service, fundraising, or related field
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred
    • Experience with marketing, communications, event planning, or project coordination a plus
    Skills for Success
    • Strong communication and relationship-building
    • Excellent organization and time management
    • Confident public speaking and presentation abilities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
