Medical Receptionist
Part-Time | $18/hr | 2-3 Days per Week | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The OpportunityWe are seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Receptionist to support both administrative and patient-facing operations within our clinic. In this role, youโll help create a positive patient experience by managing front desk responsibilities, supporting clinical workflows, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What Youโll Do
Front Desk & Patient Support- Check patients in and outย
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming callsย
- Collect co-pays, deposits, insurance information, and required documentationย
- Prepare and maintain patient charts and recordsย
- Deliver compassionate support and assistance to patients and familiesย
Administrative & EMR Responsibilities- Work within EMR systems daily to support clinical and administrative workflowsย
- File and maintain electronic medical records in an organized formatย
- Obtain and record patient information, medical histories, vitals, and test resultsย
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records in compliance with HIPAAย
Clinic Operations & Compliance- Prepare examination rooms and maintain a clean facility environmentย
- Maintain office and clinical suppliesย
- Adhere to clinical guidelines, HIPAA, OSHA, and facility policiesย
- Complete assigned annual mandatory trainingย
- Perform other related duties as assignedย

Qualifications- High School diploma or GED requiredย
- At least one (1) year of administrative experience requiredย
- Minimum one (1) year of hands-on EMR experience requiredย
- Previous healthcare experience preferredย
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareย
- Knowledge of medical terminology, clerical procedures, and patient confidentiality standardsย
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsย
- Ability to work independentlyย
