About the Role:
Join Pagni Group Inc as a Sealcoater and be part of a dedicated team that values quality and craftsmanship. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, while enhancing your skills in the sealcoating industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Apply sealcoat to asphalt surfaces to protect and extend their life.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning and repairing cracks before application.
  • Operate sealcoating equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sealcoating or related field preferred.
  • Ability to operate sealcoating machinery and tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
