Do you like finding creative solutions, making things look great, and talking with customers? Are you detail-oriented enough to catch an incorrect address, but personable enough to make a customer feel welcome?

We're looking for a friendly, dependable and motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team at our specialty retail store.

We're a little different from a typical retail store. Our customers come to us for specialty gift wrapping, packing and shipping, unique gifts, and personal mailboxes. No two customers are exactly alike, and that's what makes the job interesting..

What you'll do

Your day may include:

• Helping customers select unique gifts
• Creating beautiful gift wrapping
• Packing fragile, unusual and valuable items for shipping
• Helping customers determine the best shipping and packaging options
• Processing shipments and operating our POS system
• Assisting personal mailbox customers
• Answering phones and helping customers in person
• Recommending additional products and services when appropriate
• Receiving, stocking and displaying merchandise
• Keeping the store clean, organized and looking great
• Handling multiple customers and priorities during busy periods

• Is willing to learn our products, services and procedures

Previous retail, shipping or gift-wrapping experience is helpful, but it's not the most important thing. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic, customer-service instincts and ability to learn.
