Join Our Team as a Plumbing Service Technician!

Are you looking for a rewarding career in the residential and commercial construction services industry? Rock Service Pros is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in your community. Rock Service Pros providees their technicians with vehicles equipped with tools necessary for plumbing service jobs. Our support team in Livonia, MI, dispatch our technicians based on the city they live in, and our support team works to assign them to jobs in cities that keep their travels closer to home, earning 20% commission on each job sold! Come join our growing team!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Preparing estimates for plumbing services and repairs
  • Performing home repairs
  • Working with PVC and other plumbing materials
  • Snaking drains and replacing lines

Required Skills:

  • Customer service skills for residential sales opportunities
  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Ability to develop project scopes and estimates
  • Knowledge of plumbing services processes
  • Handyman skills for various construction tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan software
  • EPA Universal certification
  • Knowledge of boilers and electrical systems

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is 20% commission on each job sold. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, health savings accounts (HSAs), and paid time off.
