  • Financial security: Life and disability insurance for added protection
  • Flexible financial options: Health savings and flexible spending accounts offered
  • Well-being and work-life balance: Paid time off, flexible schedule, and remote work choices provided

Plus, we work to maintain the best environment for our employees, where people can learn and grow with the company. We strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning, and culture.

To thrive/succeed as the General Manager, you should have:
  • Results-Oriented Leadership: Proven ability to drive performance, achieve goals, and maximize operational and financial results.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and anticipate opportunities.
  • People Leadership & Development: Ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams while providing clear direction, accountability, and constructive feedback.
  • Customer & Tenant Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer and tenant experiences while building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail real estate financials, including budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, recovery ratios, lease interpretation, and NOI performance.
  • Planning & Execution: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple initiatives, and execute projects effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Communication, Initiative & Technology: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive approach to ownership objectives, and strong proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office applications.
Your responsibilities as the General Manager will include: Management, Operations & Marketing
  • Lead all aspects of property operations, ensuring exceptional standards for safety, cleanliness, maintenance, tenant experience, and overall asset presentation.
  • Oversee property inspections, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, capital projects, tenant construction, and contracted services.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, key merchants, community partners, and local stakeholders while supporting marketing and initiatives that drive traffic, sales, and property performance.
  • Lead and develop the property team through effective communication, training, scheduling, performance management, and accountability.
Leasing & Revenue
  • Partner with the Leasing Specialist to achieve new and renewal leasing goals, optimize specialty leasing, maximize occupancy, and increase property revenue.
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and address lease requirements, rent reduction requests, and other tenant matters.
Financial Performance
  • Drive property performance by achieving or exceeding budgeted NOI, improving tenant recovery ratios, and managing operating and capital expenditures within budget.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, sales reporting, variance analysis, cash flow, and rent collection.
Ownership & Asset Value
