Job description
Love working outdoors and taking pride in a job well done? We’re looking for an experienced Pool Liner Crew Leader to lead installs, solve problems, and help create amazing backyard spaces for our customers.
What You’ll Do- Lead pool liner installations from start to finish
- Prep pool surfaces and ensure clean, wrinkle-free installs
- Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished work for quality and leaks
- Communicate with customers and team members professionally
- Help with related pool projects like safety covers, spas, repairs, and maintenance when needed
- Previous pool liner installation experience REQUIRED
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
- Experience with plumbing, concrete, or electrical work is a plus
