POSITION TITLE:                 Senior Manager, Human Resources             

JOB LOCATION:                   Las Vegas, NV                       

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Manager of Human Resources is responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting a distributed workforce of executive protection professionals across multiple states. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure HR practices align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the unique demands of field-based personnel. The position balances strategic input with hands-on execution across employee relations, compliance, recruiting support, and performance management. This is an in-office position.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee daily HR operations for a multi-state workforce, with an emphasis on California compliance
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Support recruitment efforts, including coordination with hiring managers and onboarding of personnel
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulations
  • Partner with leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Track and report HR metrics, trends, and workforce data
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee documentation
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices in a field-driven environment

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations
  • Strong knowledge of California labor law and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting a remote or field-based workforce preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems particularly Paycom
  • Extensive MS Office 365 experience
