Seeking a volunteer receptionist for Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:00 am to 11:15 am. Duties may include:
Greet clients as they arrive for Day Treatment and remind them to sign in; Greet visitors/new clients as they arrive for scheduled appointments with staff members. Create a professional atmosphere in the waiting area by making light, friendly, respectful conversation that puts people at ease. Assist in the event of fire drills or emergencies.
Other duties may include:
Maintain reception area to look neat, clean, and professional.
Putting together charts
Maintaining supply cabinet
Answering phone
Help with setting up MART rides
