About the Role:

Production Access Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Project Coordinator to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage sales projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and client communications
• Track project status, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate sales records
• Liaise between sales, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation for internal and client-facing meetings
• Monitor order fulfillment and follow up on outstanding items to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in identifying process improvements to streamline sales and project workflows

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, project coordinator, or similar support role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a team-oriented environment
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in production, events, construction or related industry is a plus
