Job Title: Office Administrator (Pest Control Division)
Location: Hybrid (Marietta, GA Training Location) + WFH

Position Type: Temporary to start for 90 days, and then if a good fit can shift to permanent
Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-service-driven Office Administrator to join our pest control team. This hybrid role offers flexibility—with about 80% work-from-home opportunities—but requires in-office training at our Marietta branch and occasional office visits when requested by branch management. As well as being present at quarterly meetings and events with the company. Must live in GA and will not be able to continue employment if you move out of GA.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and schedule customer appointments for pest control services.
Provide pricing information and promote our service offerings (general pest, termite, mosquito).
Make warm calls to former customers for follow-ups and service renewal opportunities.
Manage customer accounts using Pest Routes software.
Support branch operations as needed, assisting with administrative tasks and communications.
Occasionally report to the office if management needs to assess work levels or quality.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience over the phone required.
Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
Sales or scheduling experience preferred.
Pest control industry experience a plus (but not required).
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks efficiently from home.
Work Schedule:
Mostly remote (about 80%), with mandatory in-person training at our Marietta branch and occasional office days as needed.
