What You'll Do

• Originate residential mortgage loans
• Guide borrowers through the home financing process
• Structure financing solutions that meet clients' financial goals
• Build and maintain relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners
• Manage your pipeline from application through closing with dedicated operational support
• Assist borrowers with purchase and refinance mortgage financing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
• Current NMLS license or previous NMLS license that can be renewed/reinstated
• Knowledge of residential mortgage products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships and manage a mortgage pipeline
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
