Event Setup & Tear Down Associate

Pay: Starting at $15.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
Job Description
Prime Talent Solutions is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Event Setup & Tear Down Associates to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and don't mind physical work. Associates will assist with setting up and tearing down event spaces for a variety of events throughout the Las Vegas area.
Responsibilities:
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, staging, and event equipment.
- Tear down and properly store event materials after events.
- Load and unload trucks with event equipment and supplies.
- Assist with arranging event layouts according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet event deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
- Previous event setup experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule.
- Weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available depending on event needs.
- Hours will vary based on event schedules.
