Are you a nurturing, energetic educator who loves helping young children grow, explore, and thrive? Play & Learn is currently hiring full-time assistants for Toddler and Preschool classroom at our Lansdale location.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with Play & Learn’s curriculum
  • Support early development through music, movement, art, and play-based learning
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Collaborate with your teaching team and participate in ongoing professional development

    What We’re Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal child care setting
    • CDA or 9+ ECE preferred
    • Willingness to earn a CDA if not already completed (support available)
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children indoors and outdoors
    • A dependable, patient, and enthusiastic team player with a passion for early learning
