We are actively recruiting a Front Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position is a full time position that offers great pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

The front office assistant is the liaison of the practice.

• Ability to travel to both Cranberry and Shadyside locations
• Greet patients as the enter the office
• Check and verify insurance information
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Handle Online text/appointment requests
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments
• Collect patient payments
• Check-in/Check out duties daily
• Confirm patient appointments
• Take on additional administrative tasks when needed

Qualifications:

• At least two years of medical office experience-
• Strong personal skills 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience with Modernizing Medicine is a plus but not required

• 4:30PM
