PILF Restaurant Group is a people-powered, pizza-loving restaurant group based in Texas. We operate multiple unique concepts including Cane Rosso, Zoli’s NY Pizza, Thunderbird Pies, Cow Tipping Creamery, and more. Our kitchens are fast-paced, high-energy, and built on teamwork. Line Cooks are the backbone of what we do. You’re the ones turning quality ingredients into food our guests crave.

If you take pride in your craft, move with urgency, and know how to work as part of a crew, we want you in our kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Work the line efficiently during high-volume service
  • Set up and break down your station properly each shift
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
  • Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning as needed
  • Step in to support the team wherever needed because teamwork makes the dream crust

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Team-first mindset and positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment as needed
  • Line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required. We will train the right people
