We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine/Grind Shop Manager to support supervision and daily management of our machining and grinding department in our Shrewsbury, MA facility. This is a full-time onsite position, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. This role requires deep knowledge of machining operations, CNC programming principles, tooling, and workflow optimization. Strong leadership, resource planning, and a solid understanding of manufacturing best practices in a technical environment are essential for success in this role.
