Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our dental professionals in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your primary goal will be to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and have a positive experience at our practice. You will work closely with our dental team to provide support and assistance in all aspects of patient care.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform required for dental procedures
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care
  • Desire to serve children in the community through healthcare

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Dentrix software
  • Six months or more of hands-on Dental Assisting
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, sterilization, and infection control

Responsibilities:

  • Assist dental professionals in providing high-quality dental care to patients
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
  • Assist with taking and developing dental x-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing and scheduling

Skills:

As a Dental Assistant, you will use your knowledge of dental terminology, sterilization, and infection control to assist our dental professionals in providing high-quality care to our patients.
