PFERD Inc. is seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & E-Commerce team. As the first point of contact for all marketing requests, you will collaborate with multiple local and global departments to get the right information to the right people—both internally and externally. The Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator will be critical in expanding our brand presence in the U.S. and creating value for our distributor partners.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        The first point of contact for marketing requests: Intake, clarify, and distribute tasks across the marketing team.

·        Product lifecycle project coordination: Organize all marketing elements needed for successful product launches and discontinuations.

·        Marketing campaign and promotion execution: Distribute campaign assets to internal and external partners according to the marketing calendar.

·        Digital marketing execution: Own the digital marketing calendar and plan, create, and execute social media, email marketing, and advertising.

·        Public relations: Expand brand presence through influencer management, strategic partnerships, and new opportunities within budget.

·        Retail account coordination.

·        Organize, maintain, and distribute branded promotional inventory.

·        Coordinate and report on open houses and tradeshows.

·        Coordinate buying group marketing opportunities.

·        Assist with lead capture, organization, and sales follow-up.

·        Assist with marketing campaign analytics and reporting.

·        Maintain visual and brand consistency across communication platforms.

·        Collaborate with global headquarters, leadership, sales, operations, and customer service.

·        Track project status using the project management system.

·        Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.

·        1 year of experience in marketing coordination.

·        Strong organization and attention to detail.

·        Ability to learn new systems and adapt processes.

·        Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

·        Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

·        Exceptional grammar, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.

·        Comfortable managing multiple projects in a collaborative environment.

·        Willingness to accept feedback and implement improvements.

·        Alignment with PFERD values.

·        Willingness to travel up to 10%.


Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with ClickUp or similar project management systems.

·        Familiarity with CMS, commerce, and PIM systems.

·        B2B manufacturing marketing experience.


Physical Requirements

The employee must be able to see, hear, and communicate effectively and occasionally lift products, marketing equipment, and office supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
