Pesil Design Studio, a boutique interior architecture and design firm serving high-end residential and commercial clients in the Orlando area, is looking for an Architectural Designer Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Architectural Designer Assistant to support our design team across all phases of interior architecture projects, from concept development to construction documentation and site coordination.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of design concepts, floor plans, and construction drawings

Support material, furniture, and finish selections and specifications

Prepare presentation boards, renderings, and mood boards for client meetings

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants

Assist with site visits and construction supervision

Maintain organized project files, documentation, and specification schedules

Support day-to-day studio operations and project coordination tasks

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

Proficiency in SketchUp

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (Brazil)

Ability to work on-site in Winter Garden, FL
