Description
PERT is a nonprofit organization that seeks to address the employability issues faced by English-speaking Quebecers. Since our founding in 2020, we have developed a research and engagement agenda in collaboration with stakeholders across Quebec who are working to improve the labour market outcomes of English speakers.
The Outreach Assistant position will offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program coordination and participant engagement within PERT's Circonflexe Mentorship Program. This role is designed for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing data, and supporting the smooth operation of programs that strengthen professional networks for English-speaking Quebecers.
Primary Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development, the Outreach Assistant will support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of mentors and mentees in the Circonflexe Mentorship Program. Responsibilities include:
