PEPL has been engaged to place a Human Resources Coordinator for a growing client in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a personable and engaging HR professional to serve as a visible, onsite presence and help strengthen the employee experience. This role blends HR support with event coordination and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, fostering culture, and creating a welcoming environment for employees. The position will begin as part-time temporary with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a friendly, approachable HR presence in the office to support and engage employees
- Coordinate and support employee events, including planning, logistics, and day-of setup
- Lead or support onsite new hire orientations and help introduce employees across teams
- Facilitate connections between new hires and key stakeholders to promote integration
- Provide initial support for employee questions or concerns and escalate as needed
- Perform light HR administrative tasks, including basic filing and data entry in ADP
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and compile materials from stakeholders
- Assist with meeting and event agendas, communications, and coordination
- Provide occasional support for recruiting activities as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, office coordination, or employee engagement roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Comfortable working onsite and interacting with employees at all levels
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HR systems (ADP preferred) is a plus
