People Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing EIDBI team. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise clinical staff, and support children with autism and their families. We are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience)

Sign-on bonus: $3,000 – $5,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on progress

Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs/BTs

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

Ensure all documentation meets BCBA and Minnesota DHS EIDBI standards

Participate in clinical meetings, staff trainings, and quality improvement initiatives

Maintain ethical and professional standards in all services

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Active BCBA certification

Must obtain Minnesota Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license within first 30 days of employment

Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred

Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to manage caseload, supervise staff, and ensure treatment integrity

Reliable transportation for community-based services

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
