Regular part-time (evening): 32 hours per two-week period / Working hours between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Who are we ? PAX Habitat is a residence that offers 102 apartments for seniors, independent and semi-independent, in a community housing complex that shares its premises with a CPE accommodating 70 children. The general maintenance worker performs a variety of general and housekeeping tasks, both inside and outside the building, across all the facility's grounds. As a general maintenance worker, you will play a key role in the daily comfort of our residents. Your tasks: Carry out the maintenance of the premises according to the established task schedule. Ensure the cleanliness of the various buildings Maintaining the exterior of the buildings and grounds, for both PAX Habitat and the Monastery Empty the rubbish bins, recycling bins and compost bins, and deposit them in the outdoor containers.
