About the Role:
Join PATTIE K FITNESS LLC We are seeking experienced and engaging Mat Pilates and/or Yoga Instructors to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about mindful movement, enjoy working with a wide range of clients, and are committed to delivering a high-quality class experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging yoga and or mat Pilates classes for various skill levels.
- Provide personalized guidance and modifications to ensure member safety and comfort.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members..
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space after classes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Lead safe, effective, and well-structured Mat Pilates and/or Yoga classes
- Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment for all fitness levels
- Provide clear instruction, appropriate modifications, and hands-on guidance when appropriate
- Build rapport with members and foster a strong sense of community
- Arrive prepared and on time, with thoughtful class programming
- Maintain professionalism and represent Pattie K Fitness and partner sites positively
- Communicate with management regarding scheduling, attendance, and member feedback
