Associate, Employee Relations (Remote)

The Employee Relations Associate provides administrative, coordination, and case-management support for employee relations matters involving Save the Children’s Head Start programs. Working under the direction of the Lead Advisor, Employee Relations, the Associate supports the timely and consistent intake, documentation, tracking, and closure of employee relations cases.

The role serves as a coordination point among Employee Relations, Head Start HR Business Partners, managers, employees, and other stakeholders. The Associate maintains accurate case records, coordinates investigation-related meetings, monitors administrative next steps, and ensures cases are documented and closed in EthicsPoint.

This position does not independently conduct investigations or make disciplinary or case-outcome recommendations. The Associate handles sensitive and confidential information and must exercise sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
