The Paramount Swap Meet / Paramount Drive-In Theatres in the City of Paramount has immediate openings for our in-house Security team.

Full and Part Time Available

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

Current and Valid BSIS Guard Card

Current and Valid Driver’s License

First Aid/ CPR Certified

Available to work day, swing, and graveyard shifts

Available to work weekends and holidays

Bi-Lingual – English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Provide moving patrol of facilities

Provide crowd and traffic control

Monitor gate admissions

Provide escorts to staff throughout facility

Assist management with operations as needed

Provide roving foot patrol of Swap Meet arena

Enforcement of Safety protocols

Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances

Ability to adapt to various changes in post procedures

Ability to write routine correspondence to include logs and reports.

Strong customer service skills

Ability to monitor alcohol consumption/containment at entertainment area

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with the general public

Working Conditions

May be required to work overtime

Ability to work in an outdoor environment

Frequent sitting, standing, walking.

Use of Company vehicle to perform required duties

On occasion may be required to perform stressful and physical activity

Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, or climbing

Occasional lifting or moving of objects at 10 to 25 lbs
