TITLE: Finance Officer - Charitable Foundation
REPORTS TO: Manager, Community and Donor Relations
LOCATION: Milton, Ont. (Hybrid)
SALARY: $77,000-$96,000 / 35 hours per week

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manager, Community and Donor Relations and working closely with the Executive Director and external auditors, the Finance Officer is an experienced finance professional with charitable and/or non-profit experience and serves as the Foundation's primary finance resource, responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, donation processing, financial reporting, and charitable compliance administration. As part of a small, collaborative team, the Finance Officer also contributes to broader administrative and operational activities that support the Foundation's continued growth.
