Job description

Job Summary:
Over J Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support a high-impact data and business transformation initiative. The role involves coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to drive projects forward.
Responsibilities:
• Support development and tracking of project plans, timelines, and tasks
• Help organize and structure work across multiple teams
• Follow up on action items and ensure progress is maintained
• Assist in keeping projects on track and within scope
• Assist with gathering and documenting requirements
• Maintain organized documentation, including:
• Meeting notes
• Action items
• Risks and dependencies
• Ensure information is clearly captured and accessible
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders across functions
• Schedule and support meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
• Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Prepare project updates and status reports
• Support development of presentations and summaries for leadership
• Translate technical discussions into clear, simple updates
• Help improve how work is tracked and documented
• Support implementation of structured workflows and templates
• Ensure project information is organized and easy to understand
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Preferred:
• Experience supporting data, analytics, or system-related projects
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or operations environments
• Familiarity with project documentation and tracking tools
