Job description

We are seeking a full time employee to assist with our special projects for High End Cosmetics This position is a hybrid job. You will be required to be on-site 3-4 days per week.

Assistant Project Coordinator to Special Projects Description

  • Gather information for all new and retrofit doors and create spreadsheets
  • Review smart sheet updates and track any changes including address and date changes to ensure it is updated as necessary within.
  • Upload tracking and planograms when items have shipped both in excel and client platform.
  • Resolve issues with fixture issues /shipments.
  • Update distribution lists for all Client Brands

  • Estimate project requirements and procure all necessary materials for execution.

  • Follow up with vendors to track ordered materials and coordinate delivery schedules to align with project deadlines.

  • Source specialized materials based on project requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Excel - XLookup and Vlookup experience is a plus

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is preferred but not necessary. If you don't have BC experience, you must have experience with another ERP system to understand the flow.

  • Experience with Ariba and Corrigo is preferred but not necessary.

Salary Range: $60-72,000 annually
