• $5,000 gross = $1,500 driver pay

• $6,000 gross = $1,800 driver pay

• $7,000 gross = $2,100 driver pay

• $8,000 gross = $2,400 driver pay

QUALIFYING GROSS REVENUE

Revenue generally qualifies when the load is completed and delivered; all required POD, BOL, rate confirmation, and other paperwork is complete and accepted; and the load is ready for invoicing. Approved and billable accessorial charges may be included. Incomplete, disputed, or non-invoiceable loads may roll into the payroll week in which they become eligible. Claims, shortages, damages, deductions, and chargebacks are handled under the signed driver agreement.

WEEKLY PAYROLL SCHEDULE

• Revenue week: Monday through Sunday

• Paperwork deadline: Monday at 12:00 p.m. Central

• Driver statement: Wednesday

• ACH initiated: Thursday

• Funds normally available: Friday

• Bank holidays may affect deposit timing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a company-provided 26-foot box truck.

• Complete accepted local, regional, or over-the-road deliveries.

• Communicate professionally with dispatch, brokers, shippers, and receivers.

• Perform equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Protect freight and obtain accurate pickup and delivery documentation.

• Submit complete paperwork by the required deadline.

• Follow applicable DOT, hours-of-service, cargo-securement, safety, and customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle is preferred.

• Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.

• Current medical certification when required.

• Ability to satisfy applicable background, motor-vehicle-record, and drug-screening requirements.

• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional conduct with customers and logistics partners.

• Ability to safely perform freight-related duties required by assigned opportunities.

• CDL welcomed but may not be required when the assigned vehicle and operation remain within applicable non-CDL limits.

• Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

AVAILABILITY AND EQUIPMENT

Drivers communicate when they are available to accept loads and their expected return after periods of unavailability. Assigned equipment is reserved for drivers who maintain reasonable availability and communication sufficient to keep the equipment economically active. Drivers may request loads on holidays or preferred working days, subject to customer demand, equipment availability, safety requirements, and hours-of-service compliance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Load availability, weekly revenue, routes, miles, and income are not guaranteed. Compensation, equipment assignment, claims, deductions, availability expectations, and the working relationship are governed by the signed written agreement.
