About the Role:
Join Our Kids Child Development Center  as a Toddler Teacher, where you'll inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children in Greenville, SC, and we are looking for passionate educators to join our team!
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for toddlers.
  • Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and activities.
  • Encourage social skills and emotional development through play and interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and activities.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Background check clearance required prior to employment.
