We are looking for experienced teachers to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. What you bring as a Team Member:

As a Lead Teacher, you will take full ownership of the classroom, moving beyond participation to actively designing and directing age-appropriate activities that cultivate the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of each child. You are responsible for leading the implementation of the provided curriculum, ensuring that children from infancy to school age are academically and socially prepared for a successful transition into kindergarten. In addition to overseeing daily care routines—such as feeding, hygiene, and nap time—you will mentor junior team members and substitutes to maintain high standards of classroom management. As a primary point of contact, you will also partner with families to provide consistent updates on their child’s progress and developmental milestones.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• MD Teaching Certificate
• 1-year experience working in a childcare facility

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 Hour based on Region, education and experience
