Build your AI implementation agency together with us. ORYN is a company builder for AI‑native agencies. We identify individuals excelling in one area and provide the supporting infrastructure—positioning, sales, legal, finance, operations—so founders can focus on craft and delivery.

Tasks

You are already good at designing AI workspace setups, wiring agent architectures, and building knowledge systems that actually work. Perhaps you freelance or are considering launching your own venture, yet realize that building a business around your craft demands a different skill set.

Our role is to provide the business framework so you can focus on product delivery.

Requirements What you bring

Deep, hands‑on experience building AI systems that have been shipped, deployed, and used by real clients or teams. Proficiency with Claude, GPT, or open‑source LLMs, and the ability to explain technology to non‑technical stakeholders.

Must‑haves

• Proven delivery: AI systems built and shipped, not just designed
• Hands‑on with LLMs and AI tooling at a working level
• Ability to own delivery end‑to‑end without hand‑holding
• Desire to build something of their own, not remain an individual contributor

Nice‑to‑haves

• Prior freelance or consulting experience
• Deep experience with MCP or API integration
• Network in mid‑market or scale‑up segments
• Experience with Claude Code
