Job description
Job Summary
The Service Technician at Oro Ford is responsible for providing expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services in the auto industry. This full-time position requires the individual to inspect and service all vehicles in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The Service Technician works closely with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors to ensure that customers and their vehicles are treated with care and concern.
Salary range: $50,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and repair services for all vehicles.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and advancements.
- Follow safety protocols while performing repairs.
- Communicate with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors regarding any vehicle issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with completed vehicle repairs.
- Perform post-service inspections.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
Requirements
- ASE Certification or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
