Job Description
Responsible for providing highly skilled administrative and clerical support for the Commercial/Market Relationship Management teams by performing the following duties.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of three years banking experience.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Job Description
Responsible for providing highly skilled administrative and clerical support for the Commercial/Market Relationship Management teams by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Coordinates all aspects of loan closings, including correspondence with attorneys, appraisers and other outside professionals to ensure that deadlines are maintained.
- Coordinates with internal departments to ensure that all loan documents are prepared in accordance with deadlines.
- Assimilates, files and distributes financial and collateral documentation to appropriate internal departments as needed once loans are closed.
- Organizes and maintains customer files to assist Relationship Banker/Manager's ability to manage portfolios.
- Serves as client relationship representative to all customers by listening, researching and addressing complaints and inquiries as needed.
- Maintains current and ongoing knowledge of bank products and services; assists Relationship Banker/Manager with daily customer contact and servicing.
- Provides ongoing support to commercial/business relationship managers for collateral and financial statement tracking and exception management.
- Screens and routes incoming calls and visitors for commercial/market relationship team.
- Opens new accounts when necessary.
- Recommends and implements appropriate changes to establishment policies and procedures.
- Promotes and cross-sells other bank products and services to improve client awareness and strengthen community knowledge of Origin's products.
