Full-time / permanent Designer role focused primarily on Civil / Site Design. Super varied work across private industry projects – nobody works on the same federally funded project for years on end, or is chasing the next transportation project cycle. Team of pros to collaborate with on projects direct for clients across industrial, institutional, educational facilities and more. Design work for everything outside of the walls on this team, varied customers, and growing. Most of the work is done in Civil 3D. Team has fantastic work / life balance. For those who want to work OT, there is plenty available, but no overtime is expected. We want people to be happy in the long-term, and lots of people on the team work 40-hour weeks only. The manager supports the team and gives people the freedom to own their work.

Targeting rates of $25.00 - $45.00 per hour, 1.5 pay for OT, profit sharing for all employees, 401(k), and excellent health insurance benefits. This is not a fully remote role, but the schedule is flexible and allows for hybrid working arrangements.

REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of professional Civil Design / CAD experience
• Civil 3D
• Exposure to site design related work
• Excellent communication skills
