    Job description

    Opus IVS technology & products has been a leader in the industry since the late 90's. Opus IVS offers modern collision shops an integrated platform of leading diagnostics and calibration solutions, anchored by expert technicians and cutting edge, patented technology.
    Position Summary
    This position is responsible for small parts assembly, testing, and packaging of all OPUS-IVS electronic products in a manner that meets internal and customer quality and delivery expectations.
    Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to all company policies and standards
    • Embrace and practice workplace organization
    • Practice safe operation of hand tools and test equipment
    • Responsible for product manufacture / final assembly, testing and packaging
    • Meet internal and customer quality and delivery expectations
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements
    Qualifications:
    • High School or GED
    • Experience with safe operation of power hand tools
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
    • Ability to accept and adapt to change in a positive manner

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Associate Degree or Vocational Certification in electronic technology
    • Experience with build-in-station quality practices a plus
    • Soldering experience a plus
    • Experience with ESD-controlled manufacturing a plus
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing
