Responsibilities

• Support daily operations
• Assist with peptide sample preparation and microbiological testing.
• Prepare media, perform dilutions, plate samples, and support incubation and colony counting.
• Maintain clean and organized laboratory work areas.
• Follow safety procedures, and approved SOPs.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration checks.
• Restock supplies and monitor laboratory inventory.
• Complete worksheets, equipment logs, and data entry.
• Properly dispose of laboratory waste.
• Assist laboratory staff with testing setup and breakdown.

Required Skills and Experience

• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and microbiology practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with pipettes, balances, incubators, and basic laboratory equipment.
• Microbiology experience preferred.
• Zero to two years of laboratory experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
