Construction Superintendent – Data Centre

Overview

I am currently supporting a leading Data Centre contractor delivering a major hyperscale project in Phoenix who is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Superintendent.

This position will play a key role in managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, driving productivity, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade contractors
• Ensure works are completed in line with project schedules
• Drive health, safety and quality standards across the project
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays
• Support project reporting and construction meetings
• Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and Package Leads
• Resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements

Requirements

• Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable
• Strong background managing large-scale construction projects
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• US work authorization required
